Throughout her career, Lori has helped more than 400 families and investors with a wide range of real estate needs, from residential homes to multi-unit investments and commercial properties. She believes in building lasting relationships, often working with multiple generations within the same families.
In 2018, Lori co-founded Parkway Real Estate Co., growing it into the leading independent brokerage in Chico, CA. As a broker and business owner, she brings a blend of strategic market insight, financial expertise, and strong leadership to her work, always focusing on empowering her clients and team alike.
A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Business Economics and a finance emphasis, Lori pairs her education with hands-on experience to provide clear, informed guidance through every step of a transaction. She also proudly serves the real estate community through her work on local and statewide professional committees.
Outside of real estate, Lori enjoys a vibrant life with her husband, their two grown daughters, and their beloved Goldendoodle, Milo. A passionate tennis player, she also loves pickleball, golf, and spirited games of cribbage.
