Angela was very responsive to look at all the properties that we were interested in. She never tried to get us to spend more than we were willing to comfortably spend with the purchase of our house. Angela was with us through the whole escrow process as well as the rent-back that was necessary for the sellers. Everything went as planned and we could not be happier with Angela.

Outstanding! Not just John, but his entire team! John and his team kept me appraised of the schedule and progress throughout the entire process and even after the close with address changes, utility changes etc. This was not your ordinary sale…. it was a reverse 1031 (not kidding) that involved a 1031 intermediary, two title companies and two properties.

Working with Lori to buy our home was fantastic! My wife and I spent two days looking at houses with her, and while we were looking, my wife and I realized that what we had asked for wasn’t really what we wanted, and Lori seamlessly switched gears and started showing us houses that were in line with our true dream home. We quickly decided on a house and Lori helped us through the whole purchasing process.

Being out of state made the process more challenging, but Lori was right there for us the whole way through, attending inspections, and negotiating with the seller. She also helped us through some financing and timing challenges. We were in very good hands. She has kept in contact with us since moving in, and when my wife mentioned that the home warrantee people didn’t treat us fairly when the furnace quit, Lori negotiated with them and got us fair compensation.
