2022 was a year of growth, community and oppurtinities. Lessons were learned, opportunities were taken and our agents were inspired to ensure the betterment of our community, clients, colleagues and brokerage. Throughout the year, Parkway was constantly discovering new forms of knowledge to ensure that we were consistently up-to-date on industry trends and expectations.

Jennifer & Kelsey Hughes
Jennifer and her family have lived in Chico for 50 years, so she understands why people love this town! Her family, friends, and business roots run deep in Chico. Her family farmed almonds and oranges and later developed Big Chico Estates in the 1980s and Bailey Creek Golf Course in Lake Almanor, which they still own and manage. The Hughes side of the family also owns Hughes Ski Hut and Hughes Hardwoods. Our family loves sports, traveling and all that Chico and Lake Almanor have to offer.
Jennifer has been a licensed Realtor since 1999 and has 6 years of experience in lending. She has originated and processed purchase, refinance, and construction loans. Kelsey is a 2013 Graduate of Chico High School and a 2018 Graduate of Chico State University. She worked in Southern California in Medical Recruiting but decided to come back to her hometown in 2020 and jump into the Real Estate field. Jessica Anthony
Jessica is proud to call Oroville Ca her hometown. She has been part of this community for over 25 years and thrives on experiencing all the wonderful things Butte County has to offer. She has had the pleasure of working and traveling for 10 years with a local wholesale giftware company where she gained a love for communication delivered in a positive and simplistic manner. It was this experience that gave her the strong foundations of communication and simplicity that she offers to her clients. She loves getting to know her clients through their journey together and is very grateful for each and every experience. Her promise is to offer clear communication, delivered simply and accurately to her clients.
She has a degree in Business Management and also serves on the Oroville City Elementary School District Board of Trustees. Jessica and her husband work directly with the Northwest Lineman College of Oroville offering temporary housing for students and managing their own rental properties in Oroville. They are proud to offer quality housing and contribute to the success and quality growth of our community.

Karin Anderson
As a second-generation Chico local, Karin Anderson grew up in Chico exploring Bidwell Park, riding bikes to the Farmer’s Market, and enjoying Shubert’s Ice Cream on a hot summer day. After graduating from Chico High, Karin attended Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo to complete her Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Business. Following her postgraduate experience working in product sales in Los Angeles, Karin decided to pursue her Master’s Degree in International Agriculture at Oklahoma State University. This degree led Karin to Chile, where she worked for Viña Undurraga as well as an international conference event planner, where she backpacked throughout the continent, met her husband, and learned to speak Spanish!
In 2019, Karin moved back to Chico to begin her career in real estate alongside her mother, Mary McGowan, who has been a real estate agent in the Chico area for over 30 years. Karin’s passion, determination, local Chico knowledge, and desire to meet and exceed her client’s needs help her to bring the highest level of customer service to those who are buying, selling, and investing in real estate.
Karin loves traveling, cooking, exploring the outdoors, and helping her clients succeed in achieving their real estate goals and dreams, whether it be buying or selling a home, an investment, commercial, or agricultural property!
Alberto Sandoval
As a Chico native, Alberto is intimately familiar with Chico and the surrounding cities where he has spent his entire life. With more than 5 years of experience as a real estate agent and home builder, he understands every facet of the business. He currently owns Sandoval Residential Construction Inc., alongside his brother who is a licensed contractor which has helped him guide his clients through each step of the real estate process. Mary McGowan
Mary was born and raised in Chico and has consistently been a top producer for over 30 years. She graduated from UC Davis in Agribusiness and received an MBA from Santa Clara University in Agribusiness/Finance. She worked as a financial planner for Robert Mondavi Winery until she returned to Chico in 1991 to start a family and begin a successful Real Estate career.
Mary serves her community as a Director of the Enloe Hospital Foundation and the Sierra North Valley Realtor Association, as well as a prior Director of Sunsweet Growers, Inc. and the Chico High School Foundation. Wren Jones
Wren was raised in Chico and graduated from Chico State in 2001 with a BA in Economics. After graduating, Wren and her husband decided to remain in Chico and start their family. She spent several years focusing her career on property management but she has had a passion for real estate for as long as she can remember and when her boys were both in school she fulfilled her dream of becoming a full-time Realtor.
She has spent the last 6 years learning from the best and building her real estate business from the ground up. She prides herself on making sure each client’s needs are thoroughly understood and met. Whether you’re looking at a vacant lot or a million-dollar home, every client deserves the best service and should always feel like they come first.
When she not working she enjoys spending time with her family on their small farm located between Chico and Oroville. Her kids are involved in 4H and school sports and cheering them on from the sidelines is one of her favorite hobbies! Chadwick Walker
Chadwick proudly served our country in the Coast Guard as a Rescue Swimmer right after high school. Afterward, he put himself through college, working side jobs in sales and construction. With a Bachelor’s Degree in 2012 from Cal State Long Beach, he decided to move to Northern California to pursue a career in fire. During that time, he started in real estate as an agent with Coldwell Banker Kehr/O’Brien in the Lake Almanor Basin, with Tim O’Brien as his mentor. His time in Lake Almanor as an agent and assisting his wife, Heather in Coldwell Banker’s property management program gave him an excellent introduction to and appreciation of the real estate industry. In 2017, Chadwick and his wife Heather moved to Chico to raise their two young, active children, Dane and Brianna. They are his world, and he finds himself wanting to do and see everything through their eyes. They have come to love their new community in Chico, raising their children in a small town that allows for quality family time, and making new like-minded friends.
These last few years, as a firefighter, he has realized a strong desire to rekindle his real estate career. He envisions himself helping first-time buyers and giving back to fellow firefighters, military families, and veterans to help them find their forever home. He believes his background in sales, construction, and fire will showcase his ability to work well under pressure, problem-solve, and negotiate for his clients. When he is not spending time coaching, or participating in his children’s activities, his other love is to surf with old military and college friends in Southern California. And now golf has entered his life as his kids take it up with natural skill and energy. He hopes he can keep up.
Teresa Larson
Teresa has grown up and raised her two children in the area where you are looking to buy or sell your home. She has 28 years of sales experience in Chico. Her award-winning sales performance is indicative of her skills in the ever-changing, increasingly intricate real estate profession. Teresa works with diligence on every detail of a transaction to accomplish your goal, whether it is a closed escrow on the sale of your home or placing you in the home of your dreams. Savannah King
Savannah was introduced to Real Estate in 2012 when she took an assistant position for a Realtor. She started out handling Short Sales and negotiating them from beginning to end. She moved on from there and began coordinating not only the Short Sales but also Residential and Commercial listings and escrows. In 2015, she became the Office Manager and Transaction Coordinator for a Brokerage. From that point, Savannah took the CA Real Estate exam and became licensed at the beginning of 2016.
Kim Jergentz
Kim has lived in Chico since 1977. Like so many before, and after her, she came here to attend Butte College and Chico State and never left. Though she is not a native Chicoan, she considers herself a local! She met her husband in college and raised their two sons here. Her real estate career spans more than 30 years, with a detour into the management of a locally owned real estate company over the last 8 years. Getting back into sales has been rejuvenating and her most recent move to Parkway Real Estate Co. has given her the reboot to get back into the business of helping people buy and sell real estate.
Her experiences in real estate sales, management, and 1031 exchanges have added to the knowledge she uses to represent her clients. Her standards of practice are solid and consistent and you never have to wonder about the process. All of her business is by referral and she considers that to be the highest compliment any agent could ask for. If you are a former client of hers or a new referral client, please don't hesitate to call her and she will personally oversee your transaction from start to finish.
Jami Mac Intyre
Jami was born and raised in a busy Southern California suburb in Fontana. She grew up learning hard work from her blue-collar family and has always loved to be involved. In 2000, her family moved to Oroville to start over and she has never looked back. When she sees Table Mountain, she knows she is home and she has a deep love for the rural yet evolving area of Butte County. She has a passion for learning and is proud to be the first college graduate in her family. Her degrees are in Social and Behavioral Science and Language. After college, she moved to Barcelona, Spain to be a nanny for six little girls and attended a language school there. She thrives on challenges, and she met her career match with real estate.
What she loves most about being a realtor is that every day is different from the last. One day one is watching a backhoe pull roots out of a dilapidated septic tank and the next you are showing a beautiful newly constructed home that hasn’t yet met its first family. Communication and negotiating are two of her strengths and have guided her real estate career so far. When she works with buyers and sellers her phone is always on and she is always working. Whether it’s showings at 9 pm or early morning check-ins before you go to work, she will make sure you always feel heard and up to date. Jami is an active member of our local community and takes pride in being on the Board of Directors for the Oroville Association of Realtors.
